Charlotte Clewis Delbasty entered into eternal life on Feb 5, 2013.

Charlotte is survived by her husband of 32 years, Norman C. Delbasty Jr, her three children, Nicole Atkinson, Kelly Jelley and Norman C Delbasty III, their spouses and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Feb 9th, 1pm at Scotts Hill Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCare Center.
